About This Project
Hellogov is a large-scale, AI-driven web platform built to simplify and automate government service workflows across DMV, immigration, passport, and visa processes in the United States. The platform allows users to securely submit documents, track application progress, and interact with multiple government services through a unified interface. On the backend, I contributed to designing and implementing scalable REST and GraphQL APIs using NestJS, integrating third-party services such as EasyPost for logistics, and optimizing PostgreSQL databases with TypeORM. A key aspect of the system is the integration of AI-powered data extraction and validation models, which significantly reduce manual processing and improve overall operational efficiency.
